We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition — unused, unworn, with all original tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@sanjie-security.com. If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Please do not return items without first contacting us — such returns will not be accepted.

What Items Are Returnable?

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Items must be in original condition and original packaging.
  • Returns without proof of purchase may be declined.
  • Only items purchased directly from https://sanjie-security.com are eligible.
  • Returned items must be unused and in resalable condition. Items with stains, damage, broken seals, or missing original packaging will not be accepted.
  • Personalized products are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products) are not eligible for return.
  • Free gifts or promotional items are non-returnable.

What If My Item Is Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged?

Received the wrong item or a defective product? Simply not satisfied?

In some cases, we may require photos or videos as proof before issuing a refund or replacement.

Return Costs

  • There is no restocking fee for returns.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees (unless the item is defective or incorrect).

How Long Does the Return Process Take?

Returns are processed within 14 business days after we receive your item. Once processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

  • For defective items: a full refund will be issued.
  • For non-defective returns: refund will exclude shipping and handling charges.

Can I Change or Cancel My Order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the change you’d like to make.

Orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be modified or canceled.
