Sanjie 1-Year Limited Warranty

Effective Date: May 1, 2025

At Sanjie, we stand behind the quality and reliability of our products. That’s why we offer a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty protects you against manufacturing defects under normal use and ensures a worry-free shopping experience.


What’s Covered?

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year from the original purchase date. If a covered defect is confirmed, Sanjie will either repair or replace the product at no cost to you.


What’s Not Covered?

The following are not covered under this warranty:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or neglect

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, fading, dents)

  • Improper installation, unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly

  • Products not purchased directly from Sanjie or an authorized reseller

  • Items without valid proof of purchase


How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To file a warranty claim, please email us at support@sanjie-security.com with the following information:

  1. Order number and proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or confirmation email)

  2. A detailed description of the issue or defect

  3. Clear photos or videos showing the problem (if applicable)

Our support team will review your claim and respond with the next steps. If your product is eligible, we will provide a prepaid return label and arrange for a repair or replacement.


Resolution Options

  • Repair or Replacement: If your product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect, we’ll repair it or send a replacement at no cost.

  • Refund: If a repair or replacement is not possible, we will issue a refund for the original purchase price.


Warranty Limitations

This warranty does not cover:

  • Issues resulting from improper use or failure to follow care instructions

  • Return shipping or processing fees if the claim is not approved

  • Labor or time spent filing or managing the claim
