You can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll pay for the return shipping if the return is a result of our error (the item was the wrong or defective item, for example).

Refunds are typically issued within four weeks of you handing over the package to the returns carrier, but can often be issued sooner. This time frame includes the time it takes to ship the item back to us (5-10 business days), the return processing time (2 business days), and your bank's time to process the refund (2 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
